In a Rush, Help the Flush!
I can’t be the only one. You know, "here I sit all broken hearted......" How many times have you gone to the bathroom and realized that this was going to take some time? And time was something you didn’t have? I know it has to have happened to you too and either nothing happens at all or maybe too much happens and you get up only to realize that you are going to have to head back right away. Nothing you can do right, just one of those things in life that we have to deal with? Wrong.
There is something you can do about it and not only is it a solution; it’s a wonderful, painless, drugless, secret (no one need know) solution. It’s called a Hand Bidet Sprayer. For me it’s as important (sometimes more so) as my toothbrush. I mean, would you consider wiping your mouth off with a napkin and leaving it at that as sufficient for cleaning your mouth? Yet that is what we do with our posteriors, wipe with toilet paper and get up and go…yuck! And what if as I said previously you aren’t completely done? Back you go and waste more time, toilet paper, and nerves! With a Hand Bidet Sprayer not only can you clean on the outside, in a vastly superior manner, but you can shoot a blast of water inside and get really clean and know that you are good to go for a while at least.
Just like brushing your teeth it feels great; lighter, fresher and safer! I can’t imagine going a whole day without brushing my teeth and if I go a whole day without a quick inside flush I feel the same uncomfortable sensation. Sounds strange? I bet, until you try it and then you will be hooked, but it’s a good, clean, healthy hook, guaranteed. Finally it makes cleaning the toilet itself a breeze also. Clean and green. “Money to Burn”

“Money to Burn”
When was the last time you heard that expression? He has money to burn. If you are anything like me it’s been a while. These days it seems even those who are considered well off are watching their expenses, and definitely not burning their money up.
There has never been more effort put into finding ways to save money from hybrid cars to solar panel power to coupon websites and the new ideas just keep coming.

Bidet vs. Hand Bidet Sprayer
Bidet vs. Hand Bidet Sprayer
vs.
There are many advantages of getting a hand bidet sprayer over the traditional bidet not the least of which is cost. Not only the cost of buying it which is substantial (for the full size bidet) but for the cost of installation also. With the hand bidet sprayer you don’t need a plumber to install it. Assuming you even have the space to fit one there are more additional compelling reasons not to.
For example stand alone bidets are simply not as effective at what they are supposed to achieve and that is cleaning your nether regions. The problem is two fold. One, they lack control as they are in a set position and mechanically controlled so you have less chance of getting to certain spots. Second the water pressure is considerably less so when cleaning your butt you may find that it has not really done the job. With the hand held sprayer you get complete control and better water flow which provides much better results.
Another often unthought-of aspect of the conventional bidet’s sprayer is that since the spray mechanism is mechanical and comes out underneath you there is the distinct possibility of residue falling on and staying on the sprayer from one use to the other, a most unpleasant thought. With the handheld sprayer not only does it NOT have to be directly beneath you (it more than likely will be held at a side angle since it’s in your hand) it is also extremely accessible for cleaning (it) and because of the greater water pressure and flow it tends to be more self-cleaning.
Then there is the maintenance aspect which I doubt many people want to try and figure out why the automated spray wand has stopped coming out on their conventional bidet whereas the potential problems with the hand sprayer are minimal and very easy to correct.
Finally there is the logistics in that most people only put a conventional bidet in their master bath whereas with the hand held bidet sprayer you can put them in all of the bathrooms so that everyone benefits. One reason for that is space, which usually only the master bath has enough room for the stand alone bidet. As you can see the hand held bathroom bidet sprayer is superior in every way to the conventional stand alone bidet, oh and I almost forgot…..who wants to get up and move from the toilet to another place to get clean anyways? That doesn’t seem like a very sanitary or efficient operation to me at all. See: Bathroomsprayer.com

Hemorrhoids

The term hemorrhoids refers to a condition in which the veins around the anus or lower rectum are swollen and inflamed.
Hemorrhoids may result from straining to move stool. Other contributing factors include pregnancy, aging, chronic constipation or diarrhea, and anal intercourse.
Hemorrhoids are either inside the anus—internal—or under the skin around the anus—external.
The best way to prevent hemorrhoids is to keep stools soft so they pass easily, thus decreasing pressure and straining, and to empty bowels as soon as possible after the urge occurs. Exercise, including walking, and increased fiber in the diet help reduce constipation and straining by producing stools that are softer and easier to pass.
One physiological fact that is known about enlarged hemorrhoids that may be relevant to understanding why they form is that the pressure is elevated in the anal sphincter, the muscle that surrounds the anal canal and the hemorrhoids. The anal sphincter is the muscle that allows us to control our bowel movements. It is not known, however, if this elevated pressure precedes the development of enlarged hemorrhoids or is the result of the hemorrhoids. Perhaps during bowel movements, increased force is required to force stool through the tighter sphincter. The increased shearing force applied to the hemorrhoids by the passing stool may drag the hemorrhoids downward and enlarge them.
How are hemorrhoids prevented?
What causes hemorrhoids?
It is not known why hemorrhoids enlarge. There are several theories about the cause, including inadequate intake of fiber, prolonged sitting on the toilet, and chronic straining to have a bowel movement (constipation). None of these theories has strong experimental support. Pregnancy is a clear cause of enlarged hemorrhoids though, again, the reason is not clear. Tumors in the pelvis also cause enlargement of hemorrhoids by pressing on veins draining upwards from the anal canal.
It is believed generally that constipation and straining to have bowel movements promote hemorrhoids and that hard stools can traumatize existing hemorrhoids. It is recommended, therefore, that individuals with hemorrhoids soften their stools by increasing the fiber in their diets. Fiber is found in numerous foodstuffs including fresh and dried fruits, vegetables, grains, and cereals. Generally 20-30 grams per day of fiber are recommended whereas the average American diet contains less than 15 grams of fiber. Supplemental fiber (psyllium, methylcellulose, or calcium polycarbophil) also may be used to increase the intake of fiber. Stool softeners and increased drinking of liquids also may be recommended. Nevertheless, there is no strong, scientific support for the benefits of fiber, liquids, or stool softeners.
Bathroom Bidet Sprayer and Hemorrhoids:
The primary benefit the hand bidet sprayer gives you with hemorrhoids is the ultimate in simplicity; it allows you to get clean with minimum contact and irritation. Continual rubbing with toilet paper can irritate the skin and increase the incidence of hemorrhoids. A second benefit can be achieved by using the sprayer as a sort of home made gentle colonic by shooting a burst of water up the pipes. Yes that’s right; I said spray inside, not outside. It’s similar to an enema and the benefits you can get from one but at warp speed. This way you can get things looser and moving (without getting graphic here) and thereby also help lesson hemorrhoids because you are not pushing so hard and so long. “Oh what a relief it is” See: Bathroomsprayer.com.
